How can we use AI to enhance our outbound email support while maintaining a consistent brand voice?
Our client approached us seeking a partner with experience in building models to leverage LLM ChatGPT4. They needed a team to assist them in setting up and constructing a model that would assist their offshore support staff in improving their written English skills in outgoing emails, with the support of AI. In addition to improving the English skills of their support staff, our client wanted to establish a consistent company brand voice for all outgoing emails with the Support Assistant product.
CodeLink was engaged as an autonomous team to fully own the planning, architectural design, and implementation of the Support Assistant.
The project kicked off in April 2023 and is ongoing.
CodeLink initially built a proof of concept (POC) to test the business case with their support staff. We utilized ChatGPT-4 as the primary controller, LangChain to control the AI agent, and Redis for knowledge retrieval. CodeLink is now working on new iterations of the product and plans to implement it across all areas of the company that create content and correspondence.
