How can we improve our tracking and traceability to reduce the loss of cross-border shipping?
Our logistics client engaged CodeLink to digitize their reverse logistics and improve their warehouse management system. The goal was to reduce the number of lost packages due to failed delivery and fulfillment and provide both operational efficiency and excellent customer experience across 6 Southeast Asia countries.
CodeLink acted as the sole design and development team, using APIs, to create a web application that integrates with existing client services, under a microservices architecture.

CodeLink designed and developed a cross-border management system for the system. The system features complex re-route and resolution flows that automatically notify stakeholders about failed delivery parcels. Shippers can submit fulfillment requests, and all data changes are fully synchronized in real -time with relevant client services and the client's Warehouse Management System. The system was successfully released and deployed for the client. This helped them hit their quarterly milestone goal by reducing lead time in processing failed delivery parcels and improving visibility across the parcel life cycle.
