How can we provide Netflix viewers with a platform to chat with friends while enjoying their favorite content?

Wiretap came to CodeLink to first work with and then take over from their existing vendor to boost the productivity and output of work in both the design and development of their chrome extension. Wiretap first needed CodeLink to build on the foundational feature set for the initial product release and then move on to the iterative design and development of further backlog features.

Project Outcome
After completing the foundational features of the product, CodeLink designed and developed a range of functionalities. These included live chat, multiple user types, unlocks and badges, a unique scoring system to improve the comment viewing algorithm, and robust reporting dashboards in Google Data Studio to capture and build features based on the behavior of Wiretap users.
