What steps can we take to simplify the loan management and repayment process for our borrowers?

Scratchpay approached CodeLink seeking developers with expertise in ReactJS and Golang to assist in building a borrower payment platform. This platform provides borrowers with a user- friendly overview of their outstanding payment amounts, as well as a simple method for repaying their loans.

CodeLink assembled a team of front-end and back-end developers who were embedded with the Scratchpay Senior Product Owner. This embedded team worked on the backlog and designs set by the Senior Product Owner and implemented the highest-priority functionality iteratively.

CodeLink developers were embedded into the Scratchpay team for 20 months to build out the entire Web and Mobile Web borrower platform.

CodeLink developed a highly responsive web interface for the Mobile Web platform. The platform was integrated with the existing Scratchpay system and Payix for payment processing. It included a borrower front-end for payment management and an admin system for vet practitioner loan activators to set up borrower accounts for their clients. The borrower payment platform was fully developed and rolled out in production and is now in use by all Scratchpay clinics and borrowers.
