RedDispatch: Turning Airport Staff into Kuala Lumpur’s New Delivery Network
AirAsia partnered with CodeLink to develop RedDispatch, a full-stack, cross-platform app (Web, iOS, Android) that enables ground staff to deliver packages from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to recipients across Kuala Lumpur, increasing staff earnings and launching a new logistics service.

AirAsia is a Malaysian multinational low-cost airline. AirAsia operates scheduled domestic and international flights to more than 165 destinations spanning 25 countries.
The challenge
Following the success of the RedAirport application, AirAsia sought to transform an internal asset (ground staff) into a new logistics channel. The challenge was leveraging their existing KLIA ground staff to manage and deliver packages across Kuala Lumpur, requiring a bespoke, cross-platform application built quickly and autonomously.
