PVH Corp. is the architect of global lifestyle branding, providing the operational engine behind two of the world's most iconic fashion labels: Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER. The challenge

Because PVH manages multiple global brands, they needed to transform how digital assets were handled across regions. Their core challenge was the absence of a unified system that could centralize workflows while offering flexible, configurable security controls.

Inefficient Global Asset Management

PVH needed a way to consolidate branded assets across global teams while maintaining consistent governance. Their existing processes required customization on top of Nuxeo to streamline librarian, customer, and external-user workflows without increasing operational load.

Lack of Configurable Security & Custom User Groups

The existing setup lacked the granular control required. PVH required customizable permission logic, tailored user groups, and admin tools that allowed fine-grained control over who could view, modify, or distribute specific content.

Evolving a Multi-Platform System at Scale

The system included multiple components: core Nuxeo functions, the Web UI for admin operations, and a branded Portal Application. Coordinating enhancements, onboarding a new regional customer, and balancing shifting priorities required a flexible engineering team able to adapt quickly.

CodeLink customized Nuxeo’s base operations and automation logic, enabling PVH teams to manage branded assets more efficiently and with far fewer manual errors. The enhanced workflows improved usability for librarians, internal staff, and external partners.

Robust, Configurable Security Architecture

By tailoring Nuxeo’s security logic and group structures, CodeLink delivered flexible permission controls that align with PVH’s governance needs. Admins now manage user roles, brand-specific access, and content visibility with ease.

Scalable Multi-Application Ecosystem

The team delivered two integrated interfaces: the Nuxeo Web UI for admins and the React-based Portal Application for limited-access users. This architecture supported onboarding a new regional customer and has continued operating successfully since 2020.
