How can we improve our development velocity to release the full features of our V1 product to the market?

Our client came to us seeking dedicated embedded developer support to help bring the full V1 feature set of their mobile and web applications to market. Our client required assistance on their major platforms, which included: 1. iOS and Android mobile applications for patients recovering after treatment. These applications use AI and computer vision to allow patients to do treatment exercises at home. Patients can track their progress and discuss their treatment with their therapist, all within the platform. 2. A web application for clinicians to tailor and monitor the treatment of their patients. This application allows clinicians to assign treatment programs, monitor results, and communicate with patients through the platform.

CodeLink has assigned two full-time developers to embed into the client team workflow, along with the support of a product owner, quality assurance engineer, and technical lead. CodeLink prioritized work based on the priorities set by the client-side CEO, working in weekly iterations on the highest priority functionality for the V1 release.

The project kicked off in January, 2023 and is still ongoing.
