Managing media across multiple event organizers created severe friction for Live Nation. Assets lived in fragmented storage silos with no central discovery tool. Teams relied on manual folder searches and tedious, per-asset processing, making it nearly impossible to quickly locate and repurpose specific moments from tens of thousands of files.
