How can we centralize all of the different communication platforms for financial institutions into a single fully-secure platform?

LeapXpert approached CodeLink with a new product idea and the requirement for a fully autonomous team that could handle the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying the envisioned product. LeapXpert recognized a gap in the market for communication between Account Managers at banks and Family Offices and their clients. Communication was spread across multiple 3rd-party chat applications, with no audit for communication history, and no way for institutions and family offices to control and enforce how their Account Managers communicated with their clients.
Engagement Model
CodeLink initially helped LeapXpert to design and test the product concept using product interface designs and testable prototypes as an initial proof of concept (POC). Once the initial concept was validated through prototype testing with our target demographic, we moved into the iterative development of the product. We started with mobile and a limited number of third-party chat platform integrations, and then over time, we developed a multiple-platform system with a wide range of integrations and functionalities. CodeLink worked as the sole end-to-end team for LeapXpert for the first two years of development. CodeLink then worked with the LeapXpert management team to help set up and train their own internal team. We paired with all of their team members as they took the development of the platform in-house.

CodeLink worked as the foundational team to design, structure, and develop the entire LeapXpert platform for the initial 2 years of development. CodeLink then worked with the LeapXpert management team to help with the set-up and training of their own internal team.
Project Outcome
LeapXpert raised $12M in funding solely based on the platform developed by CodeLink. This allowed LeapXpert to build their own team and scale up product development. Furthermore, the platform developed by CodeLink won three awards during their time working as a fully autonomous team: 1. 2019 Regulation Asia: One to Watch 2. 2019 Fintech Awards Gold Winner 3. 2019 Fintech Innovation Lab Finalist
