GlowdayPAY is a payments app and terminal that integrates with GlowdayPRO patient management software. Enabling practitioners to take in-person payments for treatments, skincare, and other services. GlowdayPAY also enables the collection of genuine, verified treatment reviews.

How can we make it easy for patients to quickly pay with a card when receiving aesthetic treatments?

Glowday approached CodeLink seeking a solution that would enable practitioners on the Glowday system to offer their patients the option to pay with any type of card through a tablet and mobile application integrated to Glowday.
Engagement Model
Glowday hired CodeLink as a fully autonomous team to conceptualize, research, architect, design, and develop an application for receiving payments that would integrate into the Glowday system.
Engagement Length and Scale
Glowday engaged CodeLink for 11 months to build out the entire Glopay platform with ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
Project Outcome
CodeLink initially assessed various payment platforms that could be used for Glowday practitioners and patients. After considering different options, they chose Stripe Payments. CodeLink then designed and developed the application for both iOS and Android, optimizing it for use on mobile and tablet devices. They also helped Glowday roll out the platform to their range of practitioner partners, providing support to onboard the practices. As a result of these efforts, Glopay is now available as a fully functional product for all Glowday practice partners.
