How can we help recruiters streamline interview rounds to screen candidates at scale?
Our client approached us looking for an autonomous team capable of supporting the end-to-end design and development of the Async Interviewer platform. The platform would allow candidates to participate in asynchronous interviews without the involvement of recruiters. Recruiters could create question templates, send questions to candidates, review candidate video submissions, and create and send outreach videos via LinkedIn to potential clients. All recorded videos were to be synced back to the client's ATS system.
CodeLink initially collaborated with the client team to fully plan and design the system. After receiving approval for the plan, we worked as a fully autonomous design and development team to build the core foundations of the product. Once the product was ready for deployment, the CodeLink team worked with the client's DevOps team to ensure that every release was synchronized with the client's product releases.
The core development of Async Interviewer lasted for 14 months, with additional incremental product feature updates being made post-release.
CodeLink built the entire Async Interviewer product, including a Chrome extension. Upon its release, Async Interviewer provided a solution that helps reduce the cost and resources needed for interviews. The product had already been purchased by customers even before our first release.
